So everyday in our medical assisting class our teacher, Dr.Kamal gives us a "thought" of the day and then we are to apply it ourselves and the next day tell him what we did with that "thought". Well today's "thought" is to write about yourself. Where you grew up, how you ended up in your present place..Stuff like that. So without further a due here is .. my history lesson. I was born in Riverside,Ca on October 12,1990 to the Laloifi Vaifanua Jr and Sina Frost Vaifanua :] I had at the time an older brother and older sister, Chad and Chelsey. The particularly odd thing is the two oldest are both born in December, and both starting with C's.Anyways, we lived in Compton and out popped two more kids Cydne and Cameron, the odd thing with the two youngest is, they both are born in August, and both starts with C's....and then you have me the middle child , only one born in October, and only one starting with T...hmmmm how unfortunate bahaha. Anyways, I grew up in Compton [4924 san miguel street. holla] but went to elementary school in Paramount. Lincoln Elementary, consisting of many miniature cholitas (who were my BFF's) and uniform ( my arch nemesis) I was a church gal, getting baptized at eight years old. We were in the Long Beach Stake, Long Beach 7th ward, Orange Building. So many memories in that church<3 By the end of the fourth grade my dad decided Compton wasn't the best place to live, so we moved to the suburbs of Bellflower. We basically got the house because Cydne liked the pool. She's weird. So we moved to Bellflower and I went to Lindstrom Elementary. I met my best friend still to this day Rizza there. We were both new students and complete loners that we decided LET'S BE LONERS TOGETHER :] thus starting the b f f friendship :]In the 6th grade my momma was preggo again. Two days after my birthday out popped the princess/brat of the family , Tiana Salamasina Vaifanua.Thus ending myself being the odd one out with being the only one starting with a T and the only one born in October :] Since we lived in Bellflower we also had to switch wards. I didn't want to switch wards and I completely despised our new ward. Norwalk Ward in Cerritos Stake. Took me 3 years to like the ward...3 . long..years. haha. Anyways yes well I went to middle school and high school at Mayfair in Lakewood. MAYFAIR MONSOONS fightfightfight!Worked my senior year as an intern at Bellflower Unified School District in State and Federal Programs :] Graduated c/o 2008 [don't hate] Spent the summer scared to start college. Enrolled at Cerritos College, which is conveniently down the street from my house. Went there for a semester, decided I didn't like college. Stopped going and ended up here at PCI taking Medical Assisting and loving every minute of it :] PCI is down the street from Cerritos COllege as well, so I can hop to the institute on my down time.
